Our team of fishing guides

Entrust your children to us: with our team Fishing guides, Education, and Safety are Central to Our Camps

2-day fishing camps. A weekend for you to discover or improve your skills in predator lure fishing, quiver tip fishing, or method feeder fishing. Depending on the season of your fishing camp, and especially during the closed season for predator fishing, your fishing guide instructor will train you in the essential quiver and method feeder techniques. Choosing your equipment, your fishing spot, your fishing strategy, will hold no more secrets for you. You will be able to fish for bream and roach using a cage feeder, or have fun carp fishing with the method feeder. During the open season for predator fishing, you will hunt zander, perch, pike, black bass, and catfish using various lure fishing techniques. Soft lures, hard baits, using both casting and spinning tackle. You will fish from a boat, in a street fishing setting, from a float tube, or by wading…

Our team of fishing guides instructors brings together passionate and experienced professionals. Indeed, we have rigorously selected each member for both their technical expertise, which is essential, and their ability to share their passion with enthusiasm and patience. As a result, their experience has allowed our instructors to develop teaching methods that are both simple and perfectly tailored to each young person, whether they are beginners or experienced anglers.

The Passion for Fishing and Environmental Respect: The Commitment of Our Fishing Guide Instructors

This is why we personally accompany each child and teenager in their progress, respecting their pace and taking into account their specific needs. Additionally, we foster a friendly and encouraging atmosphere that promotes the sharing of experiences and stress-free learning. In conclusion, we aim to pass on more than just fishing techniques: we also want to share our love for nature and the values of environmental respect, with the goal of creating an unforgettable memory of their stay with us.

Who is pecheado?

All our activity leaders hold the state-certified BPJEPS diploma with a specialization in recreational fishing. This diploma is equivalent to the BAFA (French youth activity leader certification).

Our fishing stays, registered as « stays with a family » with the DDJES of Indre, are subject to regulations.

For this type of fishing stay, groups are limited to 6 participants.

As a result, 1 certified fishing guide instructor (BPJEPS) supervises the group. This is below the standard ratio for leisure activities, which requires 1 activity leader for 12 children.

Participants in our stays are under our responsibility 24/7 from the moment you entrust them to the activity team until their departure at the end of the workshop. They are subject to an internal code of conduct, which they agree to respect.

Our fishing courses and camps primarily focus on predator fishing with lures.

As such, all our activity leaders specialize in this type of fishing. However, many of them also have expertise in other areas, such as carp fishing with the method feeder or pol fishing carp.

Others are also highly skilled in techniques like fly fishing or  wels catfish fishing.

Participants in our fishing courses, stays and camps are transported using the structure’s 9-seater minibus.

This allows us to easily transport 6 young anglers, their fishing guide instructor, and all the necessary equipment to the fishing sites.

The vehicle is also equipped with a trailer hitch to transport any boats and trailers.

In case of a breakdown, a minibus is rented to ensure the children can still be transported.

If no minibus is available for rental, the children are transported by car. In this case, the group is limited to 4 participants per fishing camps.

Regardless of the fishing technique practiced, we provide high-quality equipment for each child, identical for all.

Rods, reels, accessories, lures, groundbait, bait… Everything is provided to ensure high-quality fishing sessions.

We also provide flotation vests tailored to each child’s size for our float-tube fishing sessions. Additionally, waders are available for rent at 15 euros for those who do not have their own.

To raise awareness among our young apprentice anglers about the fragility and balance of aquatic ecosystems, all our stays are catch-and-release (No-Kill).

As a result, all fish caught are released back into the water…! « Catch and release« .

Additionally, for health and safety reasons, we cannot allow our young anglers to consume « wild-caught fish ».
