Choosing your equipment and rig will be essential to outsmart the fish. By participating in the multi-fishing camps for children and teenagers to discover or improve your skills in these fishing techniques, our fishing guide instructors will make you a knowledgeable angler. During these fishing camps for children and teenagers, they will be happy to teach you all their tips, techniques and rigs for all types of predator lure fishing, quiver and method feeder fishing and pole fishing for carp. Whether using pellets, boilies on hair rigs, baby corn, cage feeder rigs or even cone pellets, you will be able to catch dozens of carp and other bream, as well as many predators (zander, perch, pike, black bass) that you will enjoy catching with lures.

Number of Participants: Maximum 6 participants per fishing guide, starting from 11 years old.
Destination: Baraize – 36270 (Indre) – French – 46 km from Châteauroux, 14 km from Argenton/Creuse.
Period: Easter holiday’s
Duration of the Stage: 7 days / 6 nights from Monday to Sunday, all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, accommodation) with supervision 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Option to arrive the day before, in which case an additional fee of €45 will be charged (Sunday evening dinner, accommodation, Monday morning breakfast, and supervision). Option for pick-up at Argenton/Creuse station (36200 – PRIORITY), Châteauroux station (36000), or Eguzon station (36200), if arriving by train. For any other pick-up arrangements, please contact us. Arrivals by car on Friday evening are scheduled from 6:00 PM. Departures are scheduled from 6:00 PM on Sunday. Any arrivals or departures outside these times will be systematically refused, and you will be asked to arrive or depart at the scheduled times (except in specific cases, agreed upon with the organizers).
Fishing Techniques Covered: Techniques covered: predator lure fishing, carp fishing with method feeder, pole and zig rigs, and quiver tip fishing for coarse fish (roach, bream).

Fishing Areas: Eguzon dam lakes (36) (Roche aux moines 60 ha and Chambon 340 ha), private and communal water bodies.
Accommodation: Accommodation is located in Baraize (36270) in the fishing guide’s residence, with rooms for 2 or 3 participants (depending on numbers). The accommodation is close to the three Eguzon dam lakes (36270) and within a maximum of 40 km from other fishing sites for a group of 6 children.

Supervision: 1 animator for 6 participants. Laurent LELOUP, certified fishing guide and approved by the DDJES. An additional person负责 daily logistics and meal management.
Organization: Fishing focused on sport fishing techniques for predatory fish. Carp fishing using the method feeder and float fishing, bream and roach fishing with quiver tips. Through adapted pedagogy, the child learns to be independent in a specific skill. Discovery of the aquatic environment, adapted techniques, rig setup, strategy, bank fishing, and wading. Provision of equipment suited to the practiced techniques (rods, reels, lures, consumables, groundbaits, live baits, etc.). During and outside of fishing activities, supervision is provided by Laurent LELOUP. Daily management is handled by Marina, his wife, who is of Mexican origin. Transportation to fishing sites is provided by minibus.
Required Equipment: Waders for wading fishing (MANDATORY). For participants without waders, rental is available for the duration of the stage at €15. Rain gear, 2 pairs of used shoes for fishing activities, boots, cap, water bottle, sun cream, flip-flops, toiletries, personal effects… (depending on the season and weather conditions).
Fishing License: €24 for those over 12 years old, and €7 for those under 12 years old. The license is valid in 90 departments until December 31 of the current year. We can handle the administrative procedures to provide you with your license upon arrival at the camp. Otherwise, please visit the website www.cartedepeche.fr.
NOTES: For arrivals by train, an additional fee of €18 will be charged per participant for each round trip to Châteauroux station (36000). An additional fee of €10 will be charged per participant for each round trip to Argenton S/Creuse station (36200).

As part of the sport health plan and to preserve the physical health of our participants, all our stays are NON-SMOKING
Your reservation for the discovery fihing camps will be confirmed upon receipt of your registration form, accompanied by the General Sales Conditions, the duly completed, dated, and signed health liaison form, and payment of a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay.

– Copy of civil liability insurance (RC) certificate.
– Copy of Evidence of swimming ability

How to book a fishing camp?

Do I need to fill out an application? What documents or formalities do I need to send back?
To confirm your child’s registration, please return the registration documents that were sent to you either by email or by post (Registration form, General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Internal Regulations, Liaison Health Form, Nautical Pass or « Know How to Swim » certificate issued in particular by schools. Don’t forget to include your booking deposit of 30% of the price of the stay
At the latest, 3 weeks before the start of the stay, please send us:

The cost of the transfer (Accommodation/station/accommodation) for each round trip and for each child is 18 euros for arrival and/or departure from Châteauroux station, and 10 euros from Argenton s/ Creuse station.
Kit list, should I bring special items?
Participants must be equipped with:
Cap, water bottle, sunglasses, rain gear, 1 or 2 pairs of used shoes for fishing. A pair of slippers: slippers or flip-flops for moving around within the accommodation.
Can my son come with his fishing equipment?
We have all the necessary equipment to equip our young enthusiasts. However, he can perfectly come with his own equipment. Don’t overload yourself, a rod and a lure box will do.
Are there any collective living rules?
Participants are welcomed within the accommodation of the Fishing Guide Instructor and his family. Living rules and a framework specific to their organization are presented to the whole group at the beginning of the stay. Children commit to respect them throughout their stay.
Any consumption of alcohol and/or narcotics, any aggressive behavior or behavior likely to disrupt the smooth running of the stay, will be sanctioned by the immediate return of the child. It is important to note that in this case the costs due to this early return will be borne by the legal guardians of the participant.
