This site constitutes a work for which the CEPS Association is the author under intellectual property law. The intellectual property rights of the texts, designs, photos, images, sounds, slogans, and all works appearing on the site belong to the CEPS Association or to third parties who have authorized « www.pecheado.com » to use them. The design and development of the site are carried out by our own services, in this case. Any reproduction, representation, use, or modification, by any means, on any medium, of all or part of the site, without prior authorization from the CEPS Association, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement. Consequently, none of this information may be reproduced, modified, transmitted, redistributed, translated, sold, commercially exploited, or reused in any way without the prior written consent of the latter.

Article 335-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code clearly states that « Any publication of writings, musical compositions, drawings, paintings, or any other production, printed or engraved in whole or in part, in disregard of the laws and regulations relating to the property of authors, constitutes infringement; and any infringement is a criminal offense. » This offense may be punishable by a penalty of « two years of imprisonment and a fine of 150,000 Euros. »
