ARTICLE 1: Registration and Booking for Fishing Camps
To successfully process your registration request, we recommend returning the documents as soon as possible to the following address:

Upon receipt of the duly completed documents (registration form, general terms and conditions, health liaison form, internal regulations), the booking for the workshop is confirmed. The confirmation is sent back along with the final invoice. To be validated, the registration must be completed 15 days (except for specific cases of last-minute bookings) before the start of the workshop and must be confirmed by a 30% deposit of the workshop fee, paid by bank check, postal check, vacation check, or bank transfer, accompanied by the registration form, general terms and conditions, health liaison form, internal regulations*, and a €100 deposit check for equipment rental. Checks should be made payable to « Association CEPS ».
Only registrations accompanied by the deposit payment and the aforementioned documents, duly completed, dated, and signed, will be considered and processed in order of receipt.
ARTICLE 2: Pricing and Payment for Fishing Camps
The final price of the workshop is the one indicated on the participant’s invoice. The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the workshop. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PAYPAL, or in cash upon arrival.
Association CEPS reserves the right to refuse a participant if the full payment for the workshop is not settled by the start date.
ARTICLE 3: Services Included in the Fishing Camp
- Supervision during fishing activities by a certified fishing guide instructor.
- Accommodation with full board at the fishing guide instructor’s residence or in a rental property, depending on group size.
- Transportation to and from the various fishing locations (*from the accommodation to the fishing sites).
- Loan of equipment specific to each fishing technique practiced.
- Lures and consumables as needed for the fishing techniques.
- Educational materials (specialized magazines, videos, projectors, whiteboards, etc.).
- Civil liability insurance in case of accidents.
- Welcome and departure at the previously agreed meeting point.
ARTICLE 4: Membership to the Association
The total price of the workshop, as indicated on the invoice, includes a €10 membership fee to the CEPS Association. This membership is mandatory for all participants and grants you the right to participate and vote at the association’s annual general meeting. general terms of sales
ARTICLE 5: Cancellation and Exclusion
In the event of cancellation by the participant, for any reason, no refund will be issued. The following fees will be retained:
- More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total stay cost (equivalent to the initial deposit).
- Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% of the total stay cost.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total stay cost (excluding optional extras).
If possible, and if we are notified at least 15 days before the start of the workshop, we will attempt to reschedule the workshop for a later date. We strongly recommend subscribing to a « private trip cancellation insurance ».
The association reserves the right to cancel a workshop for any reason (weather conditions, overbooking, insufficient bookings, etc.). The association will try to find a new workshop date in agreement with the participant. If no agreement is reached, the full payment already made by the participant will be refunded within 30 days of the scheduled start date of the workshop.
The association reserves the right to exclude a participant who does not comply with the internal regulations*, particularly fishing regulations (rural code), or for aggressive, disrespectful behavior (physical or verbal) towards fellow participants or instructors. The decision to exclude lies solely with the fishing instructor. Participants agree to fully accept the internal regulations (1) regarding the organization of the stays.
ARTICLE 6: Smoke-Free Stays
Our stays are 100% smoke-free. To protect the physical health of participants, smoking is not permitted, either inside or outside the premises. If participants are caught smoking, their tobacco, cigarettes, lighters, and any smoking accessories will be confiscated and returned at the end of the stay.
ARTICLE 7: reception
The day, time, and location of the meeting point for welcoming the participant will be communicated by the CEPS Association via mail and/or email upon confirmation of the workshop. If the participant cannot attend this meeting, they must notify the association as soon as possible.
No early arrivals will be accepted. Participants will be asked to return at the scheduled time.
ARTICLE 8: Train Station Transfers
An additional fee of €18 per child for each round trip to Châteauroux train station will be charged. For Argenton-sur-Creuse train station, a fee of €10 per child for each round trip will be charged. general terms of sales
ARTICLE 9: Insurance
The participant is under the responsibility of the association during and outside of fishing activities. Participants are strongly advised to obtain civil liability insurance (R-C).
The CEPS Association, for all its vehicles and its professional civil liability insurance, is insured with:

ARTICLE 10: Fishing License & Image Rights
A fishing license is mandatory regardless of the fishing technique studied or the season of the workshop. The participant agrees to comply with fishing regulations from the first day of the workshop. For further information, we recommend that participants contact the nearest fishing tackle shop or contact us directly.
By signing these general terms and conditions, the legal guardians of the child agree to the use of photographs or videos taken during the stay by the association for communication purposes, including on the website www.pecheado.com, brochures, or other communication materials, solely to promote the services of the Center for Sport Fishing Education.
